Automatical duct line represent the ultimate duct manufacturing, it is modular design with different flexible workstations.It produces duct from coil stock to ready-to-assembleare ''L'',''U'',Wrap-around section with formed connections in cluding slip & drive,Snap lock and Pittsburgh lock ,beaded and TDF(TDC).it is automatical vey well, Can help you save labor cost and material,high produce rate,it is best choice for big duct workshop .its consists of a uncolier, leveler with beading function, electronical code,Hydraulic Notching system(4 tool speical design for duct), duplex slip & drive machine,hydraulic bending and shearing system;Industry CNC control system and REFWORLD speical duct manufacture software.

This line is capable of operating up to 18m/min. The standard widith is 1300mm,option is 1500 mm.The part length tolerances of +/-0.5mm, diagonal line tolerance is +/-0.5mm,the thickness range:0.4-1.2mm

Standard include 4 uncoiler,feeding coil system,machine main part consists of electronical code, Hydraulic Notching system ,hydraulic bending and shearing system,Transfer table, Pittsburgh lock modules,Duplex TDF(TDC) flange modules and CNC with REFWORLD duct software system

Option are sheet feed system, slip & drive,Snap lock,add more uncoiler.
